KFC VOUCHER GIVEAWAY

1. Each customer that purchases a Methven Censink, Promix, TradePack or Echo Strata product displaying the On-Pack Promotion Sticker (Promotion Product) from any Plumbing Plus store in New Zealand (online sales not included) will receive a $5 KFC voucher (Gift) within the product box (Promotion).

3. Your purchase of a Promotion Product constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions and any decision reached by the Promoters, which is final and binding in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion.

4. The Promotion is only available to individuals who are NZ residents. Employees of the Promoters (as defined in clause 16 of these terms and conditions) and their agencies, plus members of their immediate families, are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

5. The Gift is valid until 30 June 2024 and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. The Promotion commences on 20 November 2023x and is available strictly whilst stocks last. The Gift is subject to availability.

7. There are a total of 1,600 Gifts available across all Plumbing Plus stores in New Zealand. The Promoters will endeavour to ensure that Promotion Products containing the Gifts are fairly distributed across Plumbing Plus stores, but the Promoters cannot guarantee that a Plumbing Plus store will have Promotion Products in stock at any one time.

8. The Gift, and therefore this Promotion, is subject to the KFC Voucher terms and conditions available at https://kfc.co.nz/terms-conditions.

9. If you return the Promotion Product, then you must also return the Gift or if the Gift has been consumed the face value of the Gift.

10. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Gift with an alternative gift of equal or greater value.

11. The Promoters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, to terminate this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Gift in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

12. Unless the Promoters determine otherwise, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that the Promoters may be running concurrently.

13. The Promoters do not accept responsibility for Promotion Products that have been tampered with and therefore do not include a Gift.

14. These terms and conditions do not, nor do they purport to, limit, exclude or modify any non-excludable statutory guarantees provided under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other warranties (whether express or implied) under any legislation which cannot be excluded (Non-Excluded Guarantees). Except for Non-Excluded Guarantees, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their related companies, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or cost (including but not limited to loss of profits, direct loss, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with participating in this Promotion or accepting the Gift.

15. The Promoters are GWA Group (NZ) Limited (41 Jomac Place, Avondale, Auckland 1026) and Plumbing Plus (namely, Plumbing Plus Support Office 1st floor, 593 Te Rapa, Hamilton.

16. Please note that no association is to be implied by this Promotion between the Promoters and KFC or Restaurant Brands New Zealand Ltd.
